Joseph of Aramathea owned the land where Brian's body was buried. The body which conveniently disappeared.
Jesus was seen after, walking in the garden on the Sunday. Well of course he was, he was never dead.
JC went to France with Mary, we are pretty sure of that. But He may have aso been to England. We know Joseph visited Glastonbury. Legend has it that the Glastonbury Thorn was originally Joseph's staff, which he planted there. It's also possible JC visited England with him.
William Blake wrote:
"And did those feet in ancient time
Walk upon England's mountain green?
And was the holy land of God
On England's pleasant pasture seen?"
Van Morrison wrote the song "Summertime In England" which contains the lyric:
"Did you ever hear about Jesus walking', Jesus walking' down by Avalon?"
We kind of like the idea of Jesus being at Glastonbury.
(Maybe He wanted to get there eary to be at the front for Oasis?)
