It maybe works best in a "chaotic environment" as what battle is not chaotic?

Someone, a shidoshi rank, who had served frontline in war, long term combat infantry experience, said you sometimes get an incident when a sniper bullet from nowhere hits the tree or wall rather than someone on your team and you all duck - working on the premise that snipers don't "miss", the soldier moved and "wasn't there" when the bullet arrived
He explained how distance rifle shooting works, his regiment were all trained in it, how you line up, pull the trigger between breaths - it all makes sense that a sniper would not miss the head of a man standing pretty much still - so he "moved" because of the "sakki" - the out breath and pulling the trigger is the sakki, the killer intention, that sends the bullet - so the man was "not there" when the bullet arrived because he "just moved"
People who have passed the test and then go on to experience it in real life have trouble explaining it - but you can't deny it is real ,
Cows eat grass, cows make milk
Scientists can't take grass into a lab and turn it into milk - the exact process isn't fully understood and can't be reproduced yet - we still have to milk cows
The sakki test is something in nature, something that happens naturally, but it can't be fully understood, explained, or quantified yet
Years ago nobody knew about motor neurons, axioms, dendrites, synapses, but reflexes have always been developed through the proper drills .
maybe it is understood in some way, but not so that it can be reproduced - you can't take grass into a lab and make milk - yet
Like how the stethoscope came first , then X RAY, then MRI and PET - more can be seen of the body functions
DNA, the genome being mapped
So things are being understood that have always been there
A lot of people over intellectualise the sakki test, the same way as people look for "psychic" and "mystical" explanations
The milk coming out of the cow is not "magic" .
Electricity has always been there - but it was a certain point in history where people learnt how to harness it and then found ways to use it
