Another soldier killed in action makes the news.
Depending on how you view the whole issue will decide how you perceive what that means.
You join the Army, you go to war, you can expect to get killed. Simple as that.
Or: we are invading their country. Imagine how we'd view and deal with their soldiers if they were here in Britain.
Or: these are brave young men going abroad and giving their lives for the freedom that you and I take for granted.
Or: these are brave young men dying needlessly in a pointless foreign was that has nothing to do with me. "Not in MY name!"
