Michael Jackson Trial

The burden of proof  lies with the Prosecution. They have to prove, beyond reasonable doubt, that the accused is guilty. A jury of your peers "12 good men and true", meaning citizens of good character and with no criminal record, all unanamusly agree that the crime actually happened and that you are guilty.

The case against Michael Jackson collapsed halfway through the trial. It did not get as far as the jury. Under scrutiny in open court the Prosecutions case fell apart.

The man was NEVER guilty of ANY of the vile things he was accused of and there was NEVER any real evidence that he ever was.Michael Jackson was NEVER a pedophile and you could (and maybe should) be sued for slander for publicly calling him that.
