Heather Morris, who plays Britney in Glee, used to be a model.
Her nude pics, artful B&W ones, have inevitably appeared.
So we're publishing them here.

Taylor Momsen

Taylor Momsen, who plays Little J in Gossip Girl, is the singer in a rock band called The Pretty Reckless. Though still only 16, she is already being compared to Courtney Love.
Of course she is an actress who is playing the role of a singer in a band, but she does it rather convincingly. You can imagine her playing a young Courtney Love in a biopic.
Here are some pix of her on stage over in England this week, at Notting Hill in London.

Camilla
Camilla Jayne Quance is the ultimate babe.
She is currently gracing Babestation nightly where she was the first girl to go totally naked. Now not only does she go naked regularly but she has inspired others such as Reede, Jada, Lori and Michelle Moist to do the same.
(Camilla is still the best though!)
We have followed Camilla's journey from when she first started modelling and appeared in a News feature as a "Sexy Single Mother", to having her teeth fixed, her boobs done, her tats done, from long blonde hair to long dark hair to her current short black bob (a la Aeon Flux).
Check her out on Myspace:

It often happens that the real tragedies of life occur in such an inartistic manner that they hurt us by their crude violence, their absolute incoherence, their absurd want of meaning, their entire lack of style. They affect us just as vulgarity affects us. They give us an impression of sheer brute force, and we revolt against that.
Sometimes, however, a tragedy that possesses artistic elements of beauty crosses our lives. If these elements of beauty are real, the whole thing simply appeals to our sense of dramatic effect. Suddenly we find we are no longer the actors, but the spectators of the play.
Or rather we are both.
We watch ourselves, and the mere wonder of the spectacle enthrals us.

The reason we all like to think so well of others is that we are all afraid for ourselves.
The basis for optimism is sheer terror.
We think that we are generous because we credit our neighbour with the possession of those virtues that are likely to be a benefit to us. We praise the banker that we may overdraw our account.

Vincent

Looking at this picture reminds us that we can see the water moving and, though we can't see it, the stars are moving as well.
"Looking at the stars always makes me dream," he said, "Why, I ask myself, shouldn't the shining dots of the sky be as accessible as the black dots on the map of France? Just as we take the train to get to Tarascon or Rouen, we take death to reach a star."

Vincent
Some of the comments on You Tube following the vid are amazing.
One girl writes to say her brother took is own life and quotes the song "this world was never meant for one as beautiful as you."
One poster notes that Don did with words what Vincent did with paint.
Vincent's art and Don's music are otherworldly in their ability to uplift us to a higher level of consciousness and see a beauty we don't notice in our daily life.
If anybody doubts the existence of Heaven, it's art and music, channelled by people like this, that gives us a glimpse.
There are a few idiots having an argument about Tupac and homosexuality. Which contrasts what a broken world we live in and how important it is to find ways to rise above it.
One poster references Joni Mitchell and how our society sees only ugliness not beauty.
Many people post about losing a loved one or about mental illness.

The only artists who are personally delightful are bad artists.
Good artists exist simply in what they make, and consequently are perfectly uninteresting in what they are.
A great poet is the most unpoetical of all creatures.
Inferior poets are absolutely delightful.
The worse their rhymes are, the more picturesque they look.
A bad poet lives the life he cannot write.
A good poet writes the poetry he dare not realise.

God
THEORY
The war between good and evil, between God and The Devil is over and God lost.
That's why the world is the way it is - war, famine, suffering - why you have things like cancer and tornadoes and child abusers. This is Hell on Earth, literally - you live a short life of suffering and then you die and go to Hell.
All religions are lies except maybe Buddhism as the first noble truth of the buddha is that all life is suffering.

Lenore
Edgar Allan Poe
AH broken is the golden bowl! the spirit flown forever!
Let the bell toll! - a saintly soul floats on the Stygian river;
And, Guy De Vere, hast _thou_ no tear? - weep now or never more!
See! on yon drear and rigid bier low lies thy love, Lenore!
Come! let the burial rite be read - the funeral song be sung! -
An anthem for the queenliest dead that ever died so young -
A dirge for her the doubly dead in that she died so young.
"Wretches! ye loved her for her wealth and hated her for her pride,
"And when she fell in feeble health, ye blessed her - that she died!
"How shall the ritual, then, be read? - the requiem how be sung
"By you - by yours, the evil eye, - by yours, the slanderous tongue
"That did to death the innocent that died, and died so young?"
_Peccavimus_; but rave not thus! and let a Sabbath song
Go up to God so solemnly the dead may feel so wrong!
The sweet Lenore hath "gone before," with Hope, that flew beside
Leaving thee wild for the dear child that should have been thy bride -
For her, the fair and _debonair_, that now so lowly lies,
The life upon her yellow hair but not within her eyes -
The life still there, upon her hair - the death upon her eyes.
"Avaunt! to-night my heart is light. No dirge will I upraise,
"But waft the angel on her flight with a Paean of old days!
"Let no bell toll! - lest her sweet soul, amid its hallowed mirth,
"Should catch the note, as it doth float - up from the damned Earth.
"To friends above, from fiends below, the indignant ghost is riven -
"From Hell unto a high estate far up within the Heaven -
"From grief and groan, to a golden throne, beside the King of Heaven."

The Haunted Palace
Edgar Allan Poe
IN the greenest of our valleys
By good angels tenanted,
Once a fair and stately palace --
Radiant palace -- reared its head.
In the monarch Thought's dominion --
It stood there!
Never seraph spread a pinion
Over fabric half so fair.
Banners yellow, glorious, golden,
On its roof did float and flow,
(This -- all this -- was in the olden
Time long ago,)
And every gentle air that dallied,
In that sweet day,
Along the ramparts plumed and pallid,
A winged odour went away.
Wanderers in that happy valley,
Through two luminous windows, saw
Spirits moving musically,
To a lute's well-tuned law,
Round about a throne where, sitting
(Porphyrogene)
In state his glory well befitting,
The ruler of the realm was seen.
And all with pearl and ruby glowing
Was the fair palace door,
Through which came flowing, flowing, flowing,
And sparkling evermore,
A troop of Echoes, whose sweet duty
Was but to sing,
In voices of surpassing beauty,
The wit and wisdom of their king.
But evil things, in robes of sorrow,
Assailed the monarch's high estate.
(Ah, let us mourn! -- for never sorrow
Shall dawn upon him desolate!)
And round about his home the glory
That blushed and bloomed,
Is but a dim-remembered story
Of the old time entombed.
And travellers, now, within that valley,
Through the red-litten windows see
Vast forms, that move fantastically
To a discordant melody,
While, lie a ghastly rapid river,
Through the pale door
A hideous throng rush out forever
And laugh -- but smile no more.

The City In The Sea
Edgar Allan Poe
Lo ! Death has reared himself a throne
In a strange city lying alone
Far down within the dim West,
Wherethe good and the bad and the worst and the best
Have gone to their eternal rest.
There shrines and palaces and towers
(Time-eaten towers that tremble not!)
Resemble nothing that is ours.
Around, by lifting winds forgot,
Resignedly beneath the sky
The melancholy waters lie.
No rays from the holy heaven come down
On the long night-time of that town;
But light from out the lurid sea
Streams up the turrets silently -
Gleams up the pinnacles far and free -
Up domes - up spires - up kingly halls -
Up fanes - up Babylon-like walls -
Up shadowy long-forgotten bowers
Of scultured ivy and stone flowers -
Up many and many a marvellous shrine
Whose wreathed friezes intertwine
The viol, the violet, and the vine.
Resignedly beneath the sky
The melancholy waters lie.
So blend the turrets and shadows there
That all seem pendulous in air,
While from a proud tower in the town
Death looks gigantically down.
There open fanes and gaping graves
Yawn level with the luminous waves ;
But not the riches there that lie
In each idol's diamond eye -
Not the gaily-jewelled dead
Tempt the waters from their bed ;
For no ripples curl, alas!
Along that wilderness of glass -
No swellings tell that winds may be
Upon some far-off happier sea -
No heavings hint that winds have been
On seas less hideously serene.
But lo, a stir is in the air!
The wave - there is a movement there!
As if the towers had thrown aside,
In slightly sinking, the dull tide -
As if their tops had feebly given
A void within the filmy Heaven.
The waves have now a redder glow -
The hours are breathing faint and low -
And when, amid no earthly moans,
Down, down that town shall settle hence,
Hell, rising from a thousand thrones,
Shall do it reverence.
Lo ! Death has reared himself a throne

The Lake
Edgar Allan Poe
IN spring of youth it was my lot
To haunt of the wide earth a spot
The which I could not love the less --
So lovely was the loneliness
Of a wild lake, with black rock bound,
And the tall pines that tower'd around.
But when the Night had thrown her pall
Upon that spot, as upon all,
And the mystic wind went by
Murmuring in melody --
Then -- ah then I would awake
To the terror of the lone lake.
Yet that terror was not fright,
But a tremulous delight --
A feeling not the jewelled mine
Could teach or bribe me to define --
Nor Love -- although the Love were thine.
Death was in that poisonous wave,
And in its gulf a fitting grave
For him who thence could solace bring
To his lone imagining --
Whose solitary soul could make
An Eden of that dim lake.

The Hunting of the Snark
Dedication
Inscribed to a dear Child:
in memory of golden summer hours
and whispers of a summer sea.
Girt with a boyish garb for boyish task,
Eager she wields her spade; yet loves as well
Rest on a friendly knee, intent to ask
The tale he loves to tell.
Rude spirits of the seething outer strife,
Unmeet to read her pure and simple spright,
Deem, if you list, such hours a waste of life,
Empty of all delight!
Chat on, sweet Maid, and rescue from annoy
Hearts that by wiser talk are unbeguiled.
Ah, happy he who owns that tenderest joy,
The heart-love of a child!
Away, fond thoughts, and vex my soul no more!
Work claims my wakeful nights, my busy days--
Albeit bright memories of that sunlit shore
Yet haunt my dreaming gaze!

The A Team
Few people know where the name of The A Team comes from.
"A-Teams" are the nickname for Operational Detachments Alpha (ODA), US Army Special Forces 12-man direct operations teams.
This also raises the point of who else was in Hannibal's original ODA. If he was the Colonel, Face the LT and BA the Sgt, there would have been maybe at least one other officer, along with a whole unit of NCOs and troopers.
Murdoch was, of course, their pilot. He wouldn't have actually been a commando, but would have stayed in the chopper, waiting to do the extraction.

The A Team
The big movie version of The A Team is ready for 2010 summer release.
It is a rebooted story - the Team are now Iraq rather than Vietnam war veterans and the action is set in the modern era.
Liam Neeson is playing Hannibal.
The idea of Hannibal is that he is played by a famous movie star, an action star when he was younger, now settling for being the star of his own show. The part was originally cast for James Coburn, but after he couldn't do it, it went to George Peppard, who made the role very much his own, heavily borrowing from his previous Banacek role.
The part of BA was written for Mr T, playing a version of himself.
The updated BA is played by UFC star Rampage Jackson. Hopefully his fighting skills will be used in the fight scenes.
Face and Murdoch were played by Dirk Benedict and Dwight Schultz respectively. Face had been seen as Starbuck in Battlestar Galactica, and played the same character in the A Team. Murdoch was virtually unknown.
The new Face and Murdoch are being played by Bradley Cooper and Sharlto Copley.
There is no Amy, but Jessica Biel plays a female Army Captain who has some relevant involvement in lieu of a reporter looking for a story.
The cast looks as much like the original cast as is humanly possible which makes it look a little like fancy dress. Let's hope there's been some interpretation of the characters by the actors and director.
All the important elements are there:
the theme tune
"I love it when a plan comes together"
Murdoch's hat
Hannibal's cigars
The van
The corvette
BA's mohawk (if not jewellry)
BA asleep on the plane
Personally we wished this had been made about 5 years ago with a far more obvious cast:
George Clooney as Hannibal
Brad Pitt as Face
The Rock as BA
Jim Carrey as Murdoch
Now that would have been a homage, a great new interpretation, and an instant modern classic.

Vassago Red Dragon
Vassago appears as "a blood-red dragon, extending one slithe (30 feet) long." The creature was observed by this summoner as having large, red wings. It walked on four legs, had green eyes and white fangs.

Vassago, in demonology, is a mighty Prince of Hell (see Hierarchy of demons), ruling over twenty-six legions of demons. He can be persuaded to tell the magician of events past and future, can discover hidden and lost things, and has a "good" nature.
He is described in The Lesser Key of Solomon as follows:
The Third Spirit is a Mighty Prince, being of the same nature as Agares. He is called Vassago. This Spirit is of a Good Nature, and his office is to declare things Past and to Come, and to discover all things Hid or Lost. And he governeth 26 Legions of Spirits, and this is his Seal.
Vassago has sometimes been called a Prince of Prophecy.

Sexual motivation
Sexual motivation finds it’s expression in behaviour.
In nature, a dog can smell when a bitch is in heat, it has olfactory cues. Although we are told pheromones play a part in human mating, usually by the perfume companies, humans tend to work on more visual cues.
A man sees a woman who is sexually alluring and this arouses him. He becomes physically ready for sex.
Which brings us to the cultural phenomenom that is pornography. Because media is a recent invention, a man may technically know that the image of the girl in front of him in the magazine or on the TV is not real, but his body still responds the way it has evolved to. Which leads us to masturbation, a ridiculous waste of energy and “seed”, but something we know everybody does.
Even if they don’t admit to it.
Masturbation, in particular for the male, is seen as something shameful. It is an insult to call a man a “wanker”. But this negative reinforcement does little, if nothing, to curb the practice.
Perhaps evolution is trying to eliminate masturbation as a behaviour by the social conditioning that it is shameful. Instead of sitting at home wasting your “efforts” on a fantasy, go out and find a real girl to have sex with.

Sexual selection and modern day human behaviour
We are told that animals, through evolution, have emerged with physical and behavioural characteristics that maximise their chances of survival and reproduction.
So we can consider that human behaviour is rooted in evolution and has adaptive value.
Consider the issue of contraception. The point of sexual intercourse, from a biological perspective, is procreation, the continuation of the species. Animals aren’t doing it because they want to save their species or pass on their genes.
They are responding to their sex drive.
If it feels good, do it.
Humans, who do understand procreation, and who want to avoid pregnancy, have invented contraception. Sex without procreation.
In our mother and aunt’s day the independent woman had the pill. Like in nature, she could choose who, where and when, and had the “human” choice of avoiding pregnancy. Now, due to STDs, in particular HIV and the death sentence that is AIDS, the modern woman, our sisters and nieces, carry condoms. Same freedom of choice, different level of protection. An example of social evolution.
In the movie Fight Club, one of the characters refers to the condom as “the glass slipper of our generation – you put one on, you dance with a stranger, and you throw it away at the end of the night”.
The modern human male is still driven by the need to spread his seed as far as possible. Every man wants to be “the stud” who has slept with a lot of women. However what he does not want is a series of illegitimate children by a series of women. So he carries condoms.

The bravest man among us is afraid of himself.
The mutilation of the savage has its tragic survival in the self denial that mars our lives.
We are punished for our refusals.
Every impulse that we strive to strangle broods in the mind, and poisons us.
The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it.
Resist it and the soul grows sick with longing for the things it has forbidden to itself.

Vassago Bandersnatch
Vassago on Bandersnatch:
according to Wikipedia:
The Bandersnatch is a fictional creature mentioned in Lewis Carroll's poems Jabberwocky and The Hunting of the Snark. The form or size of the creature is not described, nor is it clear whether Bandersnatch is singular, like the Phoenix.

God
What's in it for God anyway?
If things are going well, people forget about Him. They mock people who believe in Him. So He gets left with the fanatics and maniacs of every faith who want to kill the heretics and blow themselves to pieces in His name.
God has a thankless job these days.
Maybe that's why we don't see Him around anymore. He's packed up and moved on.

The 9 circles of Hell
1st circle: Limbo. Reserved for the souls of the just people who never knew Christ, and those (especially infants) who died without baptism and never committed a sin.
2nd circle: The Lustful.
Landscape: a violent storm which tosses around the souls.
3rd circle: The Gluttonous.
Landscape: heavy steady rain.
4th circle: The Avaricious and Prodigals.
These souls, mostly clerics, go opposite direction, bumping into each other as they push big rocks. The guardian is Pluto
5th circle: The Wrathful and Sullen.
These souls are submerged into the river Styx, which surrounds the city of Dis. The wrathful emerge from the dirty waters while the sullen are completely submerged.
The city of Dis: High walls with closed doors guarded by devils, helped by the Furies and the Medusa.
"Abandon all hope, ye who enter here"
6th circle: The Heretics.
7th circle: The Violent. Introduced by the Minotaur, this circle is divided into three rings.
Violent Against their Neighbors (tyrants and murderers). These souls are plunged into a river of boiling blood: the river Phlegethon. They are watched over by the Centaurs.
Violent against Themselves (suicides). It is an unnatural forest with leafless trees. These trees are the souls of the suicides.
Violent against God and Nature. Blasphemers, Sodomites, etc.
The river Phlegethon cascades into the eight circle
8th circle: Fraud. It is called Malebolge because it is divided into ten bolge (ditches).
9th circle: Treachery. It is divided into four sections. The sinners are in a frozen lake, Cocytus. This circle is surrounded by the Giants
The ice of the 9th circled is kept frozen by Lucifer's six flapping wings. Lucifer has three faces, with three mouths, each chewing on a sinner: Judas is in the middle mouth with his head inside, Brutus and Cassius are in the side mouths, with their heads hanging out.

The 7 gates of Dreaming
The 1st gate:
Gain control over one's attention in dreams.
Look at your hands. Look at things.
This builds the ability to maintain intention.
The 2nd gate:
Wake up from the dream into another dream.
This builds the ability to change dreams at will.
The 3rd gate:
You are in a dream watching yourself sleep.
You must have this dream until it is no longer a dream.
The 4th gate:
Use the energy body as a means to travel to other places:
1. other places in this world
2. other places not in this world
3. other places that exist only in the intentions of others
The 5th gate:
Bridging.
The ability to use the dreaming body in everyday life, in the waking world.
The 6th gate:
Transporting.
The move the physical body to another location.
The 7th gate:
Transcending.
The step beyond this world.

The Big Bang
God said "Let there be light" and there was light.
Everything started at thespeed of light, nothing can ever travel any faster. The first particles were photons, everything else comes from there.

To influence a person is to give him one's own soul.
He does not think his natural thoughts, or burn with his natural passions. His virtues are not real to him. His sins, if there are such things as sins, are borrowed.
He becomes an echo of someone else's music, an actor of a part that has not been written for him.
